Are you a mom of a newborn or toddler, struggling to find the time to lose post pregnancy weight? Stroller Fit Camp classes provide struggling moms with the opportunity to attain their post-pregnancy fitness goals in a supportive environment. Over the course of six weeks, moms who can barely find time to sleep can cram in a workout that incorporates both strength training and cardio! Stroller Fit Camp classes include 50 minutes of high intensity training, specifically geared toward burning fat, all while never having to sacrifice bonding time with your baby!
Rachel Cooper is a certified fitness instructor who happens to have a bachelors degree in early childhood education, and a Masters degree in special education. In combining her passion for both fitness and working with children, Rachel has designed the ideal class for moms and their baby’s.
Stroller Fit Camp classes are one hour small group sessions which include a dynamic warmup, total body workout, and various stretches which include both baby and stroller.
Participants Must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a cesarean section) and received clearance from their physician to resume physical activity.
